I am literally a "Carer" for an adult son with autism. I am also now a qualified florist and just started to run my own business. I have worked in the legal profession in the past, later in life trained as a complimentary therapist. I even ran my own Spa in a Luxury seafront hotel in Sussex. I am now enjoying living in Wales!

Loren has been a Special Needs teacher at a comprehensive school for the past 5 years. As a child she attended drama classes and studied LAMDA exams. She is very keen Manchester United fan. Loren is 'Mum' to Reggie the Pug who stars with her in the film. She is delighted that he behaved so well ! They both have enjoyed their first film experience.

Jey loves playing football. He is the goal-keeper for St Josephs and only agreed to being in the film if he could be a footballer.

A veteran of Model shots, theatre and now film. Rio featured as 'Newsboy in the 2020 world Premiere of 'HollywoodLand' directed by Phil Scarpaci.

Tina is an artist and art tutor . she has traveled extensively both in the UK and abroad and this is reflected in her distinctive style, which is expressed in both the cooler coastal landscapes of the UK, through to the warmer notes of Southern Europe and America. Painting mainly in oil on canvas, Tina’s experience also encompasses acrylics, sketching, drawing and water-colours. Holding a BA in Fine Art Painting from Cheltenham School of Art, Tina teaches Art techniques in and around South Wales including the Glynn Vivian Gallery..

Originally from Swansea I moved to London in my early 20’s and worked many years as an aerobics instructor as well as attending auditions for acting and dance. I fell into presenting at 30 years of age and worked full time until I came back to Swansea just before I hit 40. Now I’m a Mum to a little one and passionate about rekindling my acting career, in my spare time I’m still passionate about fitness but these days I love Yoga whenever I get the chance or hiking in the beautiful countryside we are blessed with in South Wales.

Mola is primarily a successful businessman and keep fit body builder. A big fan of Manchester United, his earliest ambition was to be a professional footballer. He was signed to Llanelli AFC but ironically admits that training and fitness side of that career choice wasn't for him. His mother brought him into the retail trade and he didn't let her down. He is a admirer of Jazzy B and Salman Khan which prompted his move into acting under the guidance of drama coach Peter Wooldridge. His feature film debut was in the Bollywood movie, 'Umeed'.

After producing stage shows for the past 10 years I knew it was time to adapt and venture out into a different but achievable genre. The advances in video technology have made movie making much more affordable by those 'outside' the mainstream movie business. Producing 'The Bench' has been an education and delight. I feel we have created a little gem.

Reggie thoroughly enjoyed being in this, his debut performance on screen. He wants a speaking part in his next project.
